    @ATT I’m so tired with your service that I wish I could cancel my service without penalties. I go outside my house and no service. My friend has Consumer Cellular and he has service. What a joke.

    @ATT why is your mobile service so bad, i feel like my phone is a sprint phone from 2001 I never have signal and mobile data is always super slow and no connection, I regret switching from @TMobile I never had any issues just a high monthly bill

    @ATT I’ve had a wireless account 9/20 and all I’ve had were problems with the service, billing, connectivity and personnel. I’ve spoken to them and it’s fixed for one month and then it’s back again. I’m so fed up enough to cancel my account.

    @ATT very disappointed with my mobile phone internet with your company. I am in zip code 32821 and it gets so slow around 4:30pm to 10pm everyday that’s impossible to even watch a movie. Please place a new cell phone tower in the area ASAP.

    @ATT I’ve been a customer 9/20 and all I’ve were problems with billing, contract, personnel, connectivity. I call and promised to be better and the next month, it’s the same. I’m so frustrated that I want to end this contract.

    @ATT I’m looking for an attorney to go after AT&T their terms of service says if you drop a call you get a day of service free. I’ve dropped a minimum of 3 calls a day and sometimes up to 20. they have not honored what their advertisements say. Anyone else having this issue maybe we can get a class action lawsuit going. Their associated told me my new bill with would $500 a month last month my bill was over $2k it’s never been under $1k since we signed the contracts. Need some legal help I’m tired of spending 6+ hours every time I call them for them to tell me it’s handled then next bill and realizing it’s not been handled

    @ATT Well, I hate to say it AT&T, but we are going through another horrible customer service experience with our cell phone plans. Please have a supervisor DM me as soon as possible. Your AT&T store has made a mistake and they are not fixing it.

    @ATTHelp @Christo_fett It has been 4 days without internet for me. I have gotten no answers as to when this will be fixed. And of course this happens during the Masters which I cannot watch. Fix this!!
