@WOWCare Paid $10 extra a month for an upgrade from 300 to 1000 Mbps and on the second day mid gaming sesh **** goes out and won't reconnect for the life of it at 1am no matter what I do, as well as when I run speed tests nothing seems to be changed. Shits been *** forever anyways. Scam.

@TimParkinson1 @WOWCare Same issue in Canton. Extremely slow making connections. Tried router and modem resets as well as alternate DNS. It is intermittent, but very frequent and is affecting all devices on the network.
