    @VyveBroadband Why do I get a text message saying that the outage has been resolved and then when I call because I still don't have internet your automated service tells me there's an outage in my area? And makes it impossible to talk to an actual person.

    @VyveBroadband I pay for 600mbps internet and I haven’t been above 70 in a week, even after a couple resets. What is the problem here?

    @VyveBroadband It is very simple. ESPN, Ch. 30, in Mena is off the air. There is no picture, no sound. The channels on either side of Ch. 30 work. BTW, Arkansas plays Alabama on ESPN tomorrow night. I sure hope you have this fixed by then. I am not the only person having this problem.

    @VyveBroadband Your Arkansas customers are unable to access many gaming services as of a few days ago, and no one seems to know why. I can't be the only person to report this so far, is a fix coming soon?

    @VyveBroadband I'm over 100 miles away from the tornado damage but my service went to utter trash around 645pm CDT. Speeds under 1mbps. Can't resolve domains. Tracert hits a black hole after 9-10 hops no matter where I try to trace -- looks like Ottawa, KS is the black hole?

    Have I ever told you how horrible @VyveBroadband is? I watched 1 hr 57 minutes of a Hallmark movie so the tv could freeze for the last 3 minutes!😤 So I missed the end… Sure tired of paying a fortune for this garbage😡, and it goes up another $22 for next month!

    @VyveBroadband Really disappointed in the technical support and customer service, never call/text me back 4th time now. Internet is unacceptable for the last 2 weeks that keeps dropping 20 times a day and working from home is unacceptable.
