    @VyveBroadband Why do I get a text message saying that the outage has been resolved and then when I call because I still don't have internet your automated service tells me there's an outage in my area? And makes it impossible to talk to an actual person.

    @VyveBroadband McGehee, AR. How hard is it to maintain a constant internet connection? 1/10 stars across the board for your services. The most unreliable internet known to man. Dial up in the 90s had less down time than this. Please get it together.
