All they say is “we don’t see any issues in your area” or “we will refresh your equipment, call back if the issue isn’t resolved.”

Finally worked today, but now my favorite tv channels are frozen. This is ridiculous considering it costs $296/month. Guess I’m the dumb one!

Service has increased from 0.00mbps upload to 10+ but now range is severely impacted by your equipment vs my identical equipment from Netgear and Asus. Not to mention the fact that your Eero defeats my use

But every night my download 10Mbps and below and upload is 1.5Mbps and below. Should be 200Mbps/20Mbps. I call, wait another week , tech visit, call, week, tech. This is 🐂 💩.

No one can help and all say there are no issues. Been going on since Dec 23rd. There is an issue in this state that needs to be looked into and fixed.
