Rep said they have been getting many calls like this from the Torrington service area over the past few days. It doesn't seem like they are competent about fixing whatever the issue is.

Two nights in a row with no internet has went out and now I’ve been on hold for over an hour trying to talk to someone. @wctel needs to make there way into 96 so I can get rid of this garbage!

It sure gets old! @NewsNation has been frozen on the screen for 20 minutes now!
