    Online & on phone for two hours trying to BUY a new @Apple iPhone from @Verizon Online chat couldn’t help due to system issues. Phone Rep had no idea of promotions; after an hour finally transferred me. Then was hung up on. Never had so much trouble spending over $1,000 before!

    @VerizonSupport Yes I'm quite sure that you're authentically very sad. lame response even for a dehumanizing corporation like Verizon which treats it's non-VIP customers and it's own employees - for the most part - like crap - which is why they've been programmed not to care anymore.

    Hey @Verizon - a little tip from someone who works in marketing. When I call/chat with your support agents to resolve a specific issue I’m having, have them focus on the issue instead of trying to upsell me **** I don’t want or need. All it does is lead to aggravation.

    @zollotech I’ve had this problem for so long. Thought it was Verizon, it was not. I even have premium and YouTube is getting slow to load anything. It even regularly buffers 4k video on a 1 gig connection!

    @ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)
