When reps/supervisors r asked for their names for future reference they give out phony ones. Some have refused to give their names at all. It's only a medical office after all.

Phone Rep had no idea of promotions; after an hour finally transferred me. Then was hung up on. Never had so much trouble spending over $1,000 before!
