    @TMobile @TMobileHelp its the case of boy crying wolf,i guess. I kept asking you to offer me a better number on a new device since i have been ur customer for 12 yrs. You refused. I said that i can add a line. You still refused. So i took the new line to Verizon.

    @stephaniekays I had the same problem. I was so mad that I went back to @Verizon which I swore I’d never do. They offered me the same speed, unlimited, half the price I was paying @comcast

    @DemannFunk I’m waiting for Comcast to come switch me from Verizon because Verizon is horrible I only get 1KB of Internet and Comcast is giving me 300 KB of speed & I’m paying Verizon $40 a month for nothing I can’t use my phone or laptop at the same time so I’m done I had enough by Felicia

    @KelseyKels_0 This was their tech person bc their customer service couldn’t figure out what she was supposed to do & she transferred me. I went to a @verizon store earlier where the 18 y/o working couldnt seem to be bothered & told me to call CS. Not a good day for me talking to Verizon lol 🙃

We helped 000’s of student to be able to access online learning with jetpacks and double hotspot allowance and free educational content and added new low cost broadband offers for low income households within our Fios service area

    @Verizon your customer service sucks. Internet is constantly In and out it’s been totally out since noon 9/23 LANDLINE put too. No response from online chat can’t schedule a call back until Sunday RIDICULOUS #VERIZONSUCKS

    I really went early to the gym today so I could stop by the @verizon store before and they really have a “will be back by 4:50” sign on their door like this is some mom & pop shop instead of a zillion dollar company. Wtf I’m annoyed 😒

    @mattmcgee @TMobile Only switch if you wasn’t really bad service anywhere outside of a major metro city like (NYC & LA). @sammy_jay294 was an engineer for Verizon and can tell you first hand their actual network is not what they claim it to be- #sprintmerger doesn’t add it causes more problems.

    @VerizonSupport So it accepts it, then when I clicked on the game I wanted to watch, it would ask me to login again and not give me Fios as an option

    @VZWSupport I can't get to the store and I have an old iphone but need to save my video pics and contacts from the broken phone. I do not want a new contract or phone yet. Just a temporary help and device change? Possibly access to a cloud upload?

    @PSNiNICK20 @riostoriches I paid $217 for a year of atnt thru us mobile then i paid $120 $ for priority upgrade so im treated like a real atnt customer an not an mvno so my service doesnt degrade in high traffic areas ! And you can change to t mobile or verizon at the click of the warp button!

    @ebay I'm seeing items I've viewed & purchased on X. That level of aggressive marketing is DISGUSTING! The because-you-can mantra Sucks. I have to pay Verizon for the marketing coming through hot spot. BE SURE it will cost you. I do not reward because-you-can marketing.

    verizon service has been absolute **** for the past couple of days, i don’t get my messages unless i’m on wifi but since i also have verizon internet and it’s also been acting up i don’t receive anything, this is so annoying

    AT&T guy at target stopped us and told us he can get all 6 likes for $163 a month for 36 months and that our bill would go down because our phones would be paid off. Seemed like too good to be true…curious though. Verizon is expensive.

    @VerizonSupport I’m trying to get home internet service and Verizon have to send engineer out, been trying to get an appointment for weeks now and no response or call from the engineer Department and CS can’t do nothing about it (been calling them every other days) 👎

    All 3 carriers in my home town, FIBER CUT edition. Verizon and AT&T are using enterprise fiber I think on a few sites in the town which is why VZ only had a few sites down while AT&T had more sites down. Att uses more enterprise fiber on sites as they run it to the school as well, not sure what t mobile uses but theyre chilling. No issues on them.
