When I call/chat with your support agents to resolve a specific issue I’m having, have them focus on the issue instead of trying to upsell me **** I don’t want or need. All it does is lead to aggravation.

When reps/supervisors r asked for their names for future reference they give out phony ones. Some have refused to give their names at all. It's only a medical office after all.

Verizon and AT&T are using enterprise fiber I think on a few sites in the town which is why VZ only had a few sites down while AT&T had more sites down. Att uses more enterprise fiber on sites as they run it to the school as well, not sure what t mobile uses but theyre chilling. No issues on them.
