    @verizonfios my service is terrible. You doubled my speed and it’s worse. Nobody will actually come out to see what the issue is.

    @VZWSupport Been having problems making and receiving calls since 8am in Fri 4/10. Only have one bar of service. We chatted last night with you guys and were told to Reset Network Setting on IPhone. That didn’t help at all. Please help!

    My experience with @VZWSupport over the past 2 months has been nothing short of a nightmare. Unprofessional reps, terrible customer service and overall accountability. Had my wireless account for 20 years and over it... In other news, @TMobile @JohnLegere what’s good?!

    @Verizon HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! MY DAD HAS BEEN TRYING TO DEACTIVATE MY GRANDPARENTS ACCOUNT (since my grandpa passed & my grandma has dementia & we took her phone away & are selling their house) & THEY WONT ALLOW IT EVEN WITH A DEATH CERTIFICATE! @VerizonSupport

    Thinking of switching to mint mobile. Saw @TailosiveTech switched from Verizon. I can’t seem to find out what happens to your old plan when you switch. Do you still have to call and cancel? Or does @Mintmobile cancel it for you?

    Of course AT&T and Verizon couch their "concerns" about encrypted DNS as an antitrust issue and not a "we feel we have the right to control our customers internet by manipulating the domain name system".

    Verizon Fios is pathetic company to deal with. They engage in unethical business practices by promising promotions while enrolling in new service but they don’t allow you to redeem the promotions once you are customer. Stay away from them. #verizon #fios @Verizon

    Just went to a Verizon store looking to add an add'l service to my account. After several log-in attempts by customer svc reps I was told that the Verizon service at the Verizon store is down...irony. Might be time to find a new provider after 25 years of being a Vzw customer.

    @VZWSupport It's pretty much always been the case. NJ side of Lincoln Tunnel very weak to no signal. Figured with it going such a busy area the strength would be improved.

    @Verizon Here's my fear.... After a terrible diagnosis and having to max out a single credit card to pay for treatment, @Verizon tried to charge me a $10 change fee for simply giving them a new credit card and then kept me on the phone for 45 minutes while I changed it. **** you.

    I don’t think people realize how much market share Starlink is going to steal from Verizon/AT&T when they rollout direct-to-mobile satellite phone service in North America 📡 📱 One company can give you internet + phone connectivity GLOBALLY. Starlink will be a MASSIVE company.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
