    @TechSupporticus @Verizon Ok so it is fixed. This whole time the reason the number wasn't switching was the sim card was bad even though it didn't show that in their system.

    @ATTHelp I live in Allentown PA the coverage here is so spotty that I have to carry my @Verizon work phone with me on the weekends to make sure I have coverage everywhere. Y’all need to fix this or along with my U-verse account you lost you’ll lose my $400 a month cell account.

    I’ve been a @verizon wireless customer for about 20 years now. They were always easy to deal with until the last several months they’ve made it exponentially more difficult to get through to a person for help. Such a shame. They need to fix this! See next tweet for suggestion...

    It has taken @verizonfios 3 months to generate a final bill after terminating service and I am told it will take another 30-45 days to issue my credit. This type of #CustomerService from @verizon is not acceptable and why they should be avoided #verizon

    @VZWSupport the new system of trying to reach someone & getting sent to the text chat platform is very inefficient. It’s impossible to hold on an iPhone & keep the screen from going black and losing your spot in the queue. It took me 4 hours the other night to get through & her a resolution.

    I’ve been a memo with SPRINT for over 24 yrs. @TMobile takes over & its 💩 show. 2 weeks in a row we wasted our time with terrible, unclear u prepared staff making promises & then trying to double talk their way out of it. They may be as bad as Verizon

    @kenjimallon @Google My boyfriend has Verizon and hasn’t really seen a lot of issues with it! I don’t have a problem with T-Mobile either other than the fact that they don’t offer Google phones.

    @VZWSupport Re: stores, it makes sense in theory, but isn’t really efficient since some people are in there for things that take a really long time and others are there for something super quick. Felt more like being at the Apple store which is never fun.

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.

    There have been recent phone and network issues reported across the country, depending on your carrier. The largest issue involved a nationwide Verizon outage that also impacted parts of Texas. Users reported phones stuck in “SOS mode” and an inability to make calls, send texts, or use data. At its peak, more than 175,000 users reported problems, with areas like Dallas and Houston among those most affected. Verizon has stated the outage has been resolved. However, the exact cause was not fully explained, though it is believed to have been related to a network or software issue. Smaller outages and service disruptions have continued in some areas. Even after the main outage, some users may still experience issues due to: Network towers recovering or experiencing heavy traffic Devices not fully reconnecting to the network Ongoing regional service interruptions Phones attempting to connect to weak or unstable signals
