It’s impossible to hold on an iPhone & keep the screen from going black and losing your spot in the queue. It took me 4 hours the other night to get through & her a resolution.

Did a deal with Spectrum, they paid off the phones, $30 per line, so bill down to $60 per month, plus 2 years of Internet at $30/mo. Cut my internet in half.
