    @VZWSupport Re: stores, it makes sense in theory, but isn’t really efficient since some people are in there for things that take a really long time and others are there for something super quick. Felt more like being at the Apple store which is never fun.

    @rmeestudios @googlefi To be honest I have had Verizon for about 18 years. Since 5g it's been worse. I am trying fi on my 5a and so far signal 100% of the time and in the city, subs and country.

    @VerizonSupport Our internet constantly is reconnecting and not working. When you pay for gigabit internet and it NEVERS works, it makes me wonder what we are paying for 😡

    @ATTHelp I live in Allentown PA the coverage here is so spotty that I have to carry my @Verizon work phone with me on the weekends to make sure I have coverage everywhere. Y’all need to fix this or along with my U-verse account you lost you’ll lose my $400 a month cell account.

    Disappointed in @Verizon smfh. How I order two phones and only get one and can’t go to the store to pick up the other one and they don’t know when it’s gonna ship???? Horrible.

    @VZWSupport the new system of trying to reach someone & getting sent to the text chat platform is very inefficient. It’s impossible to hold on an iPhone & keep the screen from going black and losing your spot in the queue. It took me 4 hours the other night to get through & her a resolution.

    @kenjimallon @Google My boyfriend has Verizon and hasn’t really seen a lot of issues with it! I don’t have a problem with T-Mobile either other than the fact that they don’t offer Google phones.

    It has taken @verizonfios 3 months to generate a final bill after terminating service and I am told it will take another 30-45 days to issue my credit. This type of #CustomerService from @verizon is not acceptable and why they should be avoided #verizon

    I’ve been a memo with SPRINT for over 24 yrs. @TMobile takes over & its 💩 show. 2 weeks in a row we wasted our time with terrible, unclear u prepared staff making promises & then trying to double talk their way out of it. They may be as bad as Verizon

    @TechSupporticus @Verizon Ok so it is fixed. This whole time the reason the number wasn't switching was the sim card was bad even though it didn't show that in their system.

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon The useless employee would not make commission off his simple upgrade since he was already a customer, so it wasn’t worth his time. And in Verizon’s defense, they were probably just glad the employee came to work since most millennials couldn’t care less about working.

    @wndyW1LL0w My parents just swapped their phones from Verizon to AT&T and it is way cheaper and they paid off their phones completely. We are swapping soon. My husband changed our internet to them when they moved into the area and it is literally 50% the cost of our old service for the same thing.

    I spent an hour on hold with Verizon Wireless hell on Sunday trying to speak with a real person. Verizon wants everyone to use AI so that they can save money. It is time to leave and join a new service. What service still uses real people that are accessible to speak with?
