    Seriously @Verizon ? Your service rep pushed me down the “scheduled call” route because after 45 minutes on hold I had a meeting to get to, only to find out they don’t have any scheduled appointments for until two days later?!? What kind of crap is that?????

    @VerizonSupport Home with 2 babies and Service has been down for 3 days. keep getting pushed into a loop for new appointments, speaking to different humans with no case history to understand our problem. Next appt is apparently 2 days from now. Unacceptable. Please contact.

    @Verizon @VerizonSupport let’s talk about how your equipment never world and a customer has yo not only be the tech but then stay in the phone for an hour to be told in foreign “dere’s nothing we can do” a tech will come in a few days take off work and meet us billable hrs lost

    @VerizonSupport Jean thanks, spoke to two reps, 2nd was very knowledgeable, problem apparently is related going from using ethernet cable to the wifi hot spot, computer asks for Network Security Key, doesn't take password.

    Just spent 50 minutes trying to get a human voice on optimum cable tv to get help the service stinks it’s time to switch to fios it’s impossible to get someone I tried all 4 numbers

    @VerizonSupport The verizon team that fix the cable that was hanging on the street is the one that asked my info and asure someone was coming, unfortunately I didn’t think on asking for a case number. He did guarantee that someone was coming today but I guess I can’t trust Verizon work ethic

    @LarryJones I was forced to get vaccinated by Verizon… we received emails as management that we had to get vaccinated and upload proof or we would be terminated. As a single mother, I complied and regretted it since. My daughter that did not get vaccinated has never had Covid. Me- 3 xs
