    My new cable card didn’t come with an install code @verizonfios and the @VerizonSupport gent hit a snag and needed to work though the system but patiently worked it out and has me up and running. Many thanks for superior service!

    @Apple Just spoke with Jennifer Pesello the manager of the apple store at the Westchester and the answer is not enough issues and because it was purchased at a Verizon store the phone cannot be replaced what a nuissance very disappointing

    @VerizonSupport Home with 2 babies and Service has been down for 3 days. keep getting pushed into a loop for new appointments, speaking to different humans with no case history to understand our problem. Next appt is apparently 2 days from now. Unacceptable. Please contact.

    @sprintcare your customer service people cant deal with a simple lease/upgrade. They are so overwhelmed, kick it to supervisors, and then end chat. Happy @Verizon has better service. They handle house well, Im sure cell will be same!

    @LarryJones I was forced to get vaccinated by Verizon… we received emails as management that we had to get vaccinated and upload proof or we would be terminated. As a single mother, I complied and regretted it since. My daughter that did not get vaccinated has never had Covid. Me- 3 xs

    @tatsncatss I had this happen with T-Mobile. Tried for a new phone promotion, they wanted 300 down. Went to verizon and got the same deal with no down payment

    @Radios4Freedom @Jason @grok and it is cheap. I use visible which is an MVNO that uses Verizon network. I pay $30 a month for unlimited data and most places I am at I get 5G
