Again, Verizon was way better than AT&T, and still bad. People love to say government is bad, but NY State DMV is so streamlined and friendly now, you can make an appointment and be out in under 10 minutes. It's all about desire, not who is doing it.

Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
