Work down in Manhattan and live up in Poughkeepsie and noticed no change in service. Some dead spots, but I got the same thing with Verizon in dif places.

Last time it went down the visit was free because of a bad black box, but was never told there may be a charge. I may have just gotten a new phone rep; but still frustrating.

Haven't had service since February, and magic box hasn't been able to connect since then either. Keep getting told we'll follow up no one does.
