    @VerizonSupport The lights are off on the box. There were three tech trucks outside fixing wires today and it worked for 5 hours and is down again. I’m at my wits end.

    @cuthbertonline @ATT Upgraded from iPhone 8 to 11pro for free. 3 phones, about 40 dollars cheaper for unlimited everything data, text, call. Work down in Manhattan and live up in Poughkeepsie and noticed no change in service. Some dead spots, but I got the same thing with Verizon in dif places.

    @SunnyPahoujaDDS @MichelCombes @sprint @sprintcare Same problem here in NY... Haven't had service since February, and magic box hasn't been able to connect since then either. Keep getting told we'll follow up no one does. I want my $3200 back & after 18 years I'm going to @verizon since we're roaming on their Network anyway

    @MSGNetworks The static on the audio feed has been pretty brutal the last 2 games. I’m aware of people having the issue on Verizon, Spectrum, and the app

    I am so beyond frustrated with @FedEx today impossible to get any answers or help at this point 3 hours yea 3 hours on the phone with @Verizon to have them@talk to fed ex about my package & im in no better shape 😡🤬

    @VerizonSupport @Verizon Sick of trying to get help from your do called support. Anything but support! Original order 6820540 only one phone shipped, being charged for both phones and only got one. Today called because chargers didn't ship. Shipping now and they charged me twice

    @mono2good @reismj10 @MichelCombes @sprint Sprint is the worse claimed to be within 1% of Verizon.. yet I'm roaming on Verizon all the time because Sprint can't provide service. Haven't had coverage since February on 5 lines. Want my $3200 back. They constantly lie saying they'll follow up network engineers suck

    @VerizonSupport I was told to expect a $99 charge for the visit for the technicians time. Last time it went down the visit was free because of a bad black box, but was never told there may be a charge. I may have just gotten a new phone rep; but still frustrating.

    @ATTBusinessCare really colossal fail on not having data or reliable cell service since yesterday. Family/friends with @VZWSupport have NO issues. Heading there now to check out their plans.

    I am not trying to cause problems online. But my dad has talked to numerous people through customer support about this. I don’t know how it is possible but we did a little research and if you google search the issue a lot of interesting topics are posted from Verizon customers...

    @smfftw They suck ***. Ill say this about Verizon...their installation guys are pretty good. I had one that was stumped with our issue. He ran down another guy nearby that is like the "guru" they both came over and had us squared away and haven't had trouble since. Optimum guys are ****.

    @TMobileHelp Hi.. I got a call to extend the duration for my rebate card. I sent a copy of the bill from my old provider for the third time and it got denied. The sole reason I chose to switch was that the service was just as reliable as Verizon and I would get a rebate card.

    @LibertyMarieEP Was just participating in a city meeting where no one questioned why the city was paying $350 per month to Verizon for service for a cellphone and IPad. City employees were just like “that’s what to costs.”. Way above what they should be paying. No questioning it or concerns. Just paying the inflated costs.

    @LarryJones I was forced to get vaccinated by Verizon… we received emails as management that we had to get vaccinated and upload proof or we would be terminated. As a single mother, I complied and regretted it since. My daughter that did not get vaccinated has never had Covid. Me- 3 xs
