Learned that the outside connection adhesives have a nut based chemical to not harm wildlife! Finally put a protective box up. Good to go!!!!!

I eventually found out I had the option to get Verizon FIOS, so I did & it’s been night & day. I forgot what having working internet is like. With that said, I assume your area doesn’t have any (1/2)

Last time it went down the visit was free because of a bad black box, but was never told there may be a charge. I may have just gotten a new phone rep; but still frustrating.
