Last time it went down the visit was free because of a bad black box, but was never told there may be a charge. I may have just gotten a new phone rep; but still frustrating.

Work down in Manhattan and live up in Poughkeepsie and noticed no change in service. Some dead spots, but I got the same thing with Verizon in dif places.

I had one that was stumped with our issue. He ran down another guy nearby that is like the "guru" they both came over and had us squared away and haven't had trouble since. Optimum guys are ****.

City employees were just like “that’s what to costs.”. Way above what they should be paying. No questioning it or concerns. Just paying the inflated costs.
