    Online & on phone for two hours trying to BUY a new @Apple iPhone from @Verizon Online chat couldn’t help due to system issues. Phone Rep had no idea of promotions; after an hour finally transferred me. Then was hung up on. Never had so much trouble spending over $1,000 before!

    @VerizonSupport Hey @comcast @comcastbusiness I spend approximately $500 a month for my residential and business service. My business is yours if you can get over here today and get my internet phones and television working. Verizon can't do it so it would be great if you could.

    @hawkfromnorwalk @Verizon The technician screwed up and ran my router where I asked the extender to be. Now, my defunct extender, is a paperweight in my home office, and I am getting 5-10 mbps up and down there.

    @VerizonSupport Happens on a regular basis: WAN port “times out” and auto-resets. This brings down all of my VPN connections used on that system.

    @VerizonSupport U r just delaying. I already told u 1000 times it was 1GiG wireline service. That error message is from the link u sent me to. I am copying all of this conversation & it’s going to the board of Utiliities in my state; they will see how u use delay tactics instead of fixing.

    @Fatmackin It’s Verizon quality but cheaper. My uncle did the engineering for their setup. And if you want a basic service Mint Mobile uses T-Mobile’s system. I gifted that to someone for the new year $180 for Unlimited service for 1 year.

    @ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)

    @GOATzievSZN @thechosenberg Personally I went Verizon tier 1 phone support ($10) > Government helpdesk > ($14) Helpdesk level 2 > ($18) System admin ($36)… The one thing that broke me out of the terrible pay was a security+. If you have a clean background, DoD is great and they also do remote.
