    @VerizonSupport On hold over Phone for two hours to get Fios TV support. They r open until 7pm. Hopefully someone will pick up the Phone. Their service has drastically deteriorated. Looks that’s why their stock is stuck in 50’s for long time??

    @VerizonSupport U r just delaying. I already told u 1000 times it was 1GiG wireline service. That error message is from the link u sent me to. I am copying all of this conversation & it’s going to the board of Utiliities in my state; they will see how u use delay tactics instead of fixing.

    @hawkfromnorwalk @Verizon The technician screwed up and ran my router where I asked the extender to be. Now, my defunct extender, is a paperweight in my home office, and I am getting 5-10 mbps up and down there.

    @WatchMyReview I used to have Verizon FIOS costing about $180/month but could watch the three NY hockey teams. I decided to move to Xfinity for Internet and You Tube TV. That costs me about $100 and have ESPN+ for$10/month. The only problem they blackout the NY games.

    .@Verizon: Sir, you are paying $80/mo for 1 gig internet. We know you are only able to get 200 up/down. We have this fancy new router for a rental fee of $15/month that will get you 400 up/down. Oh, & your old extender you bought won't work. There's a new one, & it is $10/month.

We helped 000’s of student to be able to access online learning with jetpacks and double hotspot allowance and free educational content and added new low cost broadband offers for low income households within our Fios service area

    @VerizonSupport The new back button is very frustrating, we should be given the option to use the new system, or turn it off. It's painfully slow when u want to quickly move between destinations. Consensus in my circle.

    @VerizonSupport I have already been down that route. All you do there is provide a link which results in an error, which I already showed you. More delay tactics.

    @VerizonSupport The link is not going down with Loss if Signal. It’s at a higher layer, like a “heart beat” or “keep alive” is causing Layer3 to go down momentarily (the connection bounces from Down to Up).

    @VerizonSupport Happens on a regular basis: WAN port “times out” and auto-resets. This brings down all of my VPN connections used on that system.

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
