    I’m so beyond livid. I understand we got hit with a tropical storm and I’m lucky to even have power, but I’ve spent all day on this problem and @VerizonSupport can’t even make a blanket statement about an outage in the Northeast. I don’t know if I need a technician or to wait.

    @VerizonSupport Yea I tried and they put it as if I was a new customer and were saying they couldn’t do the plan cuz fios was already there, I tried explaining and the app keeps closing my chat and having me explain it over and over again

    Dear @verizon I'm stunned by your incompetence. Finally had a rep on the line that was fixing my problem when the call disconnected. No call back so I dialed in. Recording tells me to call back in the morning. My BUSINESS lines are all screwed up. Thanks! #thirdworldservice

    @verizonfios is hands down the worst cable provider ever! Who ******** offers a sports package and doesn’t even include many of the sports packages let alone they tell you to upgrade your services and then you internet and everything gets worse what a ******* joke

    Called @Verizon 611 customer service starting 1:15 PM...on hold 30 minutes to have call dropped by @Verizon. Made another attempt and again 30 minutes in you guys dropped me. One hour of my life wasted to not get a human on the phone. Terrible job @Verizon Disgusting!!!

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @Verizon Here's my fear.... After a terrible diagnosis and having to max out a single credit card to pay for treatment, @Verizon tried to charge me a $10 change fee for simply giving them a new credit card and then kept me on the phone for 45 minutes while I changed it. **** you.

    I don’t think people realize how much market share Starlink is going to steal from Verizon/AT&T when they rollout direct-to-mobile satellite phone service in North America 📡 📱 One company can give you internet + phone connectivity GLOBALLY. Starlink will be a MASSIVE company.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
