    @VerizonSupport You saw it and told me to call financial services which I did and they did not help. It’s a disgraceful company that has not provided abc essential service in a delicate situation creating havoc not only in my family but for 200 students.

    @TMobile @TMobileHelp recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, and it has been an absolute disaster transferring my phone # over, not what I was told when I made the switch over. Consecutive days with 2+ hour waits for a representative. Not a happy customer thus far 👎

    So I schedule a call with @VZWSupport at a time it gave me. Automated computer calls me at the set time and then tells me they’re closed and hangs up. Solid system you got there. This is after 5 calls and 4 hours trying to fix various problems. Worst customer service ever.

    I've heard and read about how badly @Verizon @VerizonSupport addresses customer issues. Still I signed up believing they could be isolated issues and I won't likely have to suffer the same. Boy was I wrong.

    Hey @AlticeUSA why don’t you guys fix your app. I’m this close to call and cancel and go to @verizonfios. The way you handle your app is really bad for business and for all your customers. It’s being oven a month since the problem was reported and still nothing #alticeoneappsuck

    @verizonfios My service has been down all day. I have reached out numerous times and you keep moving back the time it should be fixed by! First it was 10 AM, then 3 PM, then 6 PM—it is till down! Horrible customer service.

    This shouldn’t be an irregularity, but I went to three stores today and had kind, knowledgeable, and friendly service reps/cashiers at each place. Plus I got my watch fixed, bought a suitcase, and got a new phone in 3 hours! Thank you @casalejewelers @tjmaxx @VZWSupport

    My WiFi is aggy in my house. The router is on the main floor. My bedroom is on the second level and I get the worst service from my bedroom. Ima have to call #VerizonFios to see how much it would cost for a 2nd router. Ima put that ***** right in my bedroom.

    @verizonfios you are a scam! My internet is out every night and when I call I'm told I reached the maximum calls! No one ever calls back either!I want to cancel and a refund for being over charged for no service!!

    @VerizonSupport having issues with the newest update. The box is super sluggish and freezes all the time. It locks up when trying to leave a pre recorded show, freezes while fast forwarding. Sometimes it doesn’t want to change channels.

    @VerizonSupport @verizonfios i think it was a mistake to be under auto pay! At the worst times during the day, your outages are not of a company that charges what you charge for a service. Fix whatever the hell is happening in NYC 10306 and restore service!

    Came home to the house being 90° because we shut Central air conditioning off for the week. The @ubnt wifi was down. Not sure why. I'll probably turn on the FiOS wifi in the morning. Doubt it was heat. That repeater handles much higher temperatures

    @VerizonSupport I've had enough of this. Send out a different technician who won't leave until he solves the problem. I'm trying to work for my home and I can't because you are lazy tech couldn't figure it out so he just left and close the ticket.

    @VerizonSupport I’m trying to get home internet service and Verizon have to send engineer out, been trying to get an appointment for weeks now and no response or call from the engineer Department and CS can’t do nothing about it (been calling them every other days) 👎

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
