    @verizonfios @VerizonSupport My service has been down all day. I have reached out numerous times and you keep moving back the time it should be fixed by! First it was 10 AM, then 3 PM, then 6 PM—it is till down! Horrible customer service.

    @VZWSupport Right. It’s been years and the issue just keeps getting worse, every single day I get half a dozen phone calls and zero of them are from a person I know. I’ll believe it when I see it.

    @VerizonSupport You saw it and told me to call financial services which I did and they did not help. It’s a disgraceful company that has not provided abc essential service in a delicate situation creating havoc not only in my family but for 200 students.

    @VZWSupport I have not done that yet; when I was on the phone (twice) with your representatives, this was NEVER mentioned to me. I’m a single mom (my husband is deceased). As I said, literally half of my check went to Verizon, and the other half went to caring for my 5

    @VerizonSupport @verizonfios i think it was a mistake to be under auto pay! At the worst times during the day, your outages are not of a company that charges what you charge for a service. Fix whatever the hell is happening in NYC 10306 and restore service!

    @justzuchi Verizon! I had to leave sprint when I almost got stranded a few years back after working an event at 2am. No service, couldn’t even call an Uber. My safety was my breaking point with them lol

    I am done with #Sprint. I hate that phone service honestly. Always charging you unwanted charges on your cellphone bill. I will be going to #Verizon or #TMobile. On Thursday I will be ending my services with that company.

    Hey @verizonfios @VerizonSupport why is so hard to change a expired plan to mix/match - I spent total hours 2.3 hours neither u customer service or chat service have the authority to upgrade plan - but online service is not working - 😡 why is this so difficult.

    my iPhone face recognition stopped working.tried resetting it & it won’t do that either. 2nd time this happened now w/ my iPhone 10.. really annoyed cause I can’t even go to @VerizonSupport to get a new one. Paying shit ton of money for a non working phone

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon Verizon stores are awful. Switch to Spectrum and save a bundle. Was paying Verizon around $140 for 2 lines & phones. Did a deal with Spectrum, they paid off the phones, $30 per line, so bill down to $60 per month, plus 2 years of Internet at $30/mo. Cut my internet in half.

    @Verizon former employee for 7 or 8 years Verizon has lost what I used as my main way to handle customer service and sales while working there and that's integrity. If I'm not satisfied with the outcome after tomorrow then I'm done and I know a lot of other people will also be done.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 12th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    There have been recent phone and network issues reported across the country, depending on your carrier. The largest issue involved a nationwide Verizon outage that also impacted parts of Texas. Users reported phones stuck in “SOS mode” and an inability to make calls, send texts, or use data. At its peak, more than 175,000 users reported problems, with areas like Dallas and Houston among those most affected. Verizon has stated the outage has been resolved. However, the exact cause was not fully explained, though it is believed to have been related to a network or software issue. Smaller outages and service disruptions have continued in some areas. Even after the main outage, some users may still experience issues due to: Network towers recovering or experiencing heavy traffic Devices not fully reconnecting to the network Ongoing regional service interruptions Phones attempting to connect to weak or unstable signals

    @grok @Jason I have been with Verizon for 23 years and I am done. I have to drive 2 hours to a corporate store to get help otherwise I deal with people who i cant understand and are not incitivised to help me. I cant wait for Starlink to make cell service.
