What was your service like during the blow (if you were in it) & in the aftermath? It’s one thing to be a good regular way provider, quite another when people are in an emergency & the service isn’t there.

It’s not regular way service that’s the issue. Any provider can do that. It’s in trying times like these that tests how robust @Verizon ‘s system really is. It’s all one can rely on in an emergency.

Thier website, & the Verizon-up program is just a scam to sell phones. Not to reward loyalty. Couldn't use the 50 for ear buds like the site offered. They Hung up on me when pressed.
