What was your service like during the blow (if you were in it) & in the aftermath? It’s one thing to be a good regular way provider, quite another when people are in an emergency & the service isn’t there.

I have been unable to make phone calls or lose every one at least once. My internet provider is out (lines down) and my only alternative is a cellular signal. What to do in an emergency?

It’s not regular way service that’s the issue. Any provider can do that. It’s in trying times like these that tests how robust @Verizon ‘s system really is. It’s all one can rely on in an emergency.

With no power, no cable, no internet, no landline, you **were** my Hail Mary & go-to in an 911 situation. Now what?!

Thier website, & the Verizon-up program is just a scam to sell phones. Not to reward loyalty. Couldn't use the 50 for ear buds like the site offered. They Hung up on me when pressed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CO.

City employees were just like “that’s what to costs.”. Way above what they should be paying. No questioning it or concerns. Just paying the inflated costs.
