    @VerizonSupport @trmnl_dcln Verizon doesn't give a **** whether you,re a satisfied customer or not. Thier website, & the Verizon-up program is just a scam to sell phones. Not to reward loyalty. Couldn't use the 50 for ear buds like the site offered. They Hung up on me when pressed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CO.

    @verizon whether I’m in CT or NYC recently reception has been patchy - it’s very poor given the prices you charge. If you were a restaurant I’d get an apology and something off the bill 🤔

    @Verizon @VerizonSupport @VZWSupport, as a long time customer & shareholder, I am utterly flabbergasted that cell & data service are still down in New Canaan, CT. With no power, no cable, no internet, no landline, you **were** my Hail Mary & go-to in an 911 situation. Now what?!

    @redidbull @kellymnyc @MissAshes92 Yes, feel the same way, also, many times the land line is clearer, easier to understand than the cell phone. At least in my location. And we’ve tried both Verizon and AT&T for cell service.

    @andrewfalco @Verizon Unfortunately, in CT within a commute to NYC, the same is not true. It’s not regular way service that’s the issue. Any provider can do that. It’s in trying times like these that tests how robust @Verizon ‘s system really is. It’s all one can rely on in an emergency.

    @ElleHull @cynbrat1 @ATT I'd use 2 Dixie cups and a piece of string before I used AT&T,s service. I have Verizon.I hate them for all the normal reasons.

    @VZWSupport Very weak service continuously & sometimes a “No Service” indication on both of my phones. I have been unable to make phone calls or lose every one at least once. My internet provider is out (lines down) and my only alternative is a cellular signal. What to do in an emergency?

    @MissDeeMe12 People who have more than my dozen followers have this problem. 😄 Actually I just got a notice that my carrier, Verizon, places a limit on the number of messages transmitted. That's the only slowdown I get.

    @andrewfalco @Verizon Andrew, do you have @Verizon in FL? Were you affected by the hurricane? What was your service like during the blow (if you were in it) & in the aftermath? It’s one thing to be a good regular way provider, quite another when people are in an emergency & the service isn’t there.

    @vixey_voter @VerizonSupport Wow, didn't think anyone was going to see my rant w/ customer service from Verizon. However Glad you did. This is one horrible company to deal with. They use deceitful advertising. Lie on the phone & have young tech heads pressuring you in the stores. Im with you , I'm out.⚡

    I am going on record again and saying how much @Verizon sucks along the @MetroNorth New Haven corridor. ******* horrific service and for 2 years nothing has been done. I guess I am the dummy for still being a customer

    @Verizon I’ve been trying to get a fraud claim filed with you guys for almost three years now and no one in the fraud, collections or customer service departments will help me. I have been in contact with my lawyer and will need to resort to legal action if this continues.

    @ebay I'm seeing items I've viewed & purchased on X. That level of aggressive marketing is DISGUSTING! The because-you-can mantra Sucks. I have to pay Verizon for the marketing coming through hot spot. BE SURE it will cost you. I do not reward because-you-can marketing.

    @TimRunsHisMouth I mostly get calls saying they are Verizon fraud prevention, but they don't even ask who I am, and they will hang up as soon as I ask them do they know who they are speaking to.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 907pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
