    @VerizonSupport I have been hung up on 3 or my last 4 calls to you. I had someone open an account in my name and fraud portal keeps denying the claim. Nobody wants to help me. I will never ever be an actual Verizon customer after how this has gone. #NoHelp it’s been the worst.

    When I go into @verizon to cancel mom’s wireless line, I want my request honored at service desk. I don’t need them to have to call someone to make that happen. And to try to talk me into keeping it. If you’d offered mom a better rate to begin with, I wouldn’t be here...

    Good thing @Verizon FIOS works well because every time I try to change my service they make me want to run away screaming. Today, I’ve been bouncing around the @VerizonSupport chat for hours with no answers. In the meantime I’m stuck paying outrageous expired contract prices.

    @Verizon @VerizonSupport it’s been 10 days and I am still unable to edit or update my website. My site still shows a 2018 version. Customer service hasn’t been able to help. I don’t believe ‘ updating tools’ on your end to be the reason for this incompetence. Fix this prob now!

    @VerizonSupport FiOS service was cancelled six months ago. For the first three months, auto pay was charged and we finally had it removed from the system. You said we would get a refund. We never did. For three more months you continued to bill us. We continued to call (1/2)

    @VerizonSupport When I click for more information within the fios app it said all fios down , then when I clicked for more information it said null.

    Don't do this often publicly but shoutout @Verizon. I'm in a foreign country and my phone won't work and they have literally zero solutions online and the only way to solve this is to call which.... I can't. Genuinely impressive bad customer service system. @VerizonSupport

    @TMobileHelp Hi.. I got a call to extend the duration for my rebate card. I sent a copy of the bill from my old provider for the third time and it got denied. The sole reason I chose to switch was that the service was just as reliable as Verizon and I would get a rebate card.

    @wndyW1LL0w My parents just swapped their phones from Verizon to AT&T and it is way cheaper and they paid off their phones completely. We are swapping soon. My husband changed our internet to them when they moved into the area and it is literally 50% the cost of our old service for the same thing.
