    Verizon kept pressing me to upgrade to 5G for free, I knew that’s when something was wrong ..... Some of got that shit right up against our face going straight to our brains.

    Four days without mobile service in my home. Have contacted verizon wireless at least four times, most recently tonight. @verizon rep placed me on hold for one hour, 46 minutes and 17 minutes. Unbelievable. Never returned. @VerizonSupport @verizonmedia

    @Verizon I’m very unpleased about my service / contact today I couldn’t reach out to no employee on the phone or chat agent. I tried 3 sprint location today and I still haven’t gotten a call back or problem resolved

    @VZWSupport Y’all employees are really pieces of ****. I made an appointment for 11-3 for my WiFi service to be worked on and it’s now 630 pm with no show. I think his name is Juan Barris or whatever. He clearly doesn’t need or want his job!

    AT&T guy at target stopped us and told us he can get all 6 lines for $163 a month for 36 months and that our bill would go down because our phones would be paid off. Seemed too good to be true…curious though. Verizon is expensive.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @Emarged My current ThinkPad has a Verizon modem and SIM slot, but they no longer sell the service plan for it. I just use the 100GB of hotspot included in my phone plan.

    @Verizon I left AT&T because they had so many billing errors. I was assured by my Verizon salesman Ricky that ALL promotions he offered would be honored. Yet here we are! My promised bill amount $207 per month is now $261! Even after a review and input from Ricky.. bill is wrong!
