I was NEVER told about a contract, monthly charges or a termination fee. I would have been happy to stay with Verizon if the termination fee was waived but you wouldn’t do it so you lost me

Did a deal with Spectrum, they paid off the phones, $30 per line, so bill down to $60 per month, plus 2 years of Internet at $30/mo. Cut my internet in half.
