I called a service rep and she told me I could use the router I purchased and just return the Verizon rental router to a customer service center. I did that just to come home and find my internet not working and was told by tech support

Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
