    @VZWSupport - also, having store check in requirements which require everyone to check in digitally (on their phones) is not very inclusive. I’ve had to help old folks check-in. Exposing them to the same risk this system was implemented to alleviate.

    @VZWSupport 5G is not better!!! I hardly ever have more than 2 signal strength bars but 5G will be on. My calls drop I’ll lose signal completely. SMDH

    @VerizonSupport I purchased a router to use with my FiOS. I called a service rep and she told me I could use the router I purchased and just return the Verizon rental router to a customer service center. I did that just to come home and find my internet not working and was told by tech support

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
