    @VerizonSupport I purchased a router to use with my FiOS. I called a service rep and she told me I could use the router I purchased and just return the Verizon rental router to a customer service center. I did that just to come home and find my internet not working and was told by tech support

    as pay bill, pay history, cancel payment etc. Also, why remove useful functions payment breakdown. Can someone explain why Verizon gets away with charging consumers in advance for services not yet used. We should be rewarded for allowing them to use our money interest free.

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
