    So after upgrading Routers to fix @VerizonFios problem it’s worse. I think my new router doesn’t reconnect when the service *****. Waiting for call back today but investigating @CoxComm for NoVa as an alternative. Thoughts on #reliability over @Verizon my Virginia friends...

    @VerizonSupport I have and they said it is not working due to the provider blocking it and to contact you. It works with Comcast.

    Verizon kept pressing me to upgrade to 5G for free, I knew that’s when something was wrong ..... Some of got that shit right up against our face going straight to our brains.

    The potential fix (waiting to see if it holds) for years of dropped #Fios internet? Not the $500 in routers @Verizon UpSold me 2 days ago. A $5 splitter in their ONT box outside. Something they could’ve checked years ago when this started but didn’t til I spent more $$. #FAIL

    @VZWSupport Currently using wireless router x 2 plus 3 phones that we toggle,into when the high speed is throttled,on the 2 jetpacks. Been a customer since 1986. Business account as I was told that would give us priority on the network. That is the speed we get once throttled.

    @VerizonSupport absolutely sucks and needs to be better or not exist at all. Calero submitted a ticket for me to Verizon which said there would be a response in 24-48 hours. Here I am still waiting 4 days to get a phone number transferred to another phone.

    @iAnonymous3000 @brave Doesn't work natively on smart TVs where I actually watch a lot of YouTube content, in long format as well. Plus > get YT music and it's cheaper via Verizon. Still hard to get an alternative for the value and what packages you get with Premium

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    Anyone on here have Verizon Cell service? This **** is absolutely awful. This is like the 3rd time this year where my service will completely go out for no reason for at least 30 mins to an hour with no explanation.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
