    @VerizonSupport As feedback, it would be nice to receive an alert when there is a cellular network outage or disturbance. Our lines (text, calls, data) have been down all day, which is a big impact to a small business. WiFi call is not great & WiFi text only works for iMessage

    Verizon really needs to start adding more cells sites around Miami cause having 1 bar of service and slow internet in multiple locations around this big *** city is embarrassing.

I am referring to my aunt having 1 service with att and them sending a rep to knock on her door to upsell her. A call is sufficient

    @VZWSupport No it was not - again VZ is missing the point here on customer service - if I have to spend 94 min confining someone I should get a credit for a an error VZ did and all I get is the net credit that is not service - I’ll be seeking another provider as soon as I can

    @VerizonSupport absolutely sucks and needs to be better or not exist at all. Calero submitted a ticket for me to Verizon which said there would be a response in 24-48 hours. Here I am still waiting 4 days to get a phone number transferred to another phone.

    @iAnonymous3000 @brave Doesn't work natively on smart TVs where I actually watch a lot of YouTube content, in long format as well. Plus > get YT music and it's cheaper via Verizon. Still hard to get an alternative for the value and what packages you get with Premium

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    Anyone on here have Verizon Cell service? This **** is absolutely awful. This is like the 3rd time this year where my service will completely go out for no reason for at least 30 mins to an hour with no explanation.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
