    @VZWSupport absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced - spent 94 min w/a chat agent - #only to have to fight tooth and nail about a billing error how about the value of my time Went over the same data and info 5 times before they attempted to resolve unacceptable

    @VZWSupport No it was not - again VZ is missing the point here on customer service - if I have to spend 94 min confining someone I should get a credit for a an error VZ did and all I get is the net credit that is not service - I’ll be seeking another provider as soon as I can

    hey @Verizon do y’all normally make it obscenely hard for a person to transfer services to your company or is my 8+ hours on the phone/chat, lost sim card, being hung up on by reps and as of right this second 35 minutes on silent hold like the norm for your customer service?

    Honestly really hate Verizon's 5G DSS network. I wish I could just turn it off. Always slow and unreliable compared to their awesome LTE.

    @ShawnHair3 @ATT @verizon @TMobile @sprint @Xfinity There should be sanitation on devices before touching them. But that's a different bone YOU need to pick with your employer. I am referring to my aunt having 1 service with att and them sending a rep to knock on her door to upsell her. A call is sufficient

    @VerizonSupport absolutely sucks and needs to be better or not exist at all. Calero submitted a ticket for me to Verizon which said there would be a response in 24-48 hours. Here I am still waiting 4 days to get a phone number transferred to another phone.

    @iAnonymous3000 @brave Doesn't work natively on smart TVs where I actually watch a lot of YouTube content, in long format as well. Plus > get YT music and it's cheaper via Verizon. Still hard to get an alternative for the value and what packages you get with Premium

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    Anyone on here have Verizon Cell service? This **** is absolutely awful. This is like the 3rd time this year where my service will completely go out for no reason for at least 30 mins to an hour with no explanation.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
