    @Verizon @VZWSupport why is it that I pay $400 a month and can never use my actual data … haven’t been able to call or anything without being on WiFi… soon going to switch providers

    @VZWSupport absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced - spent 94 min w/a chat agent - #only to have to fight tooth and nail about a billing error how about the value of my time Went over the same data and info 5 times before they attempted to resolve unacceptable

    @VZWSupport Can’t even make a call anymore with two bars. Your service got really bad recently in this area. Thank god for WiFi calling.

    @VZWSupport No it was not - again VZ is missing the point here on customer service - if I have to spend 94 min confining someone I should get a credit for a an error VZ did and all I get is the net credit that is not service - I’ll be seeking another provider as soon as I can

    @ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)

    AT&T guy at target stopped us and told us he can get all 6 lines for $163 a month for 36 months and that our bill would go down because our phones would be paid off. Seemed too good to be true…curious though. Verizon is expensive.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @Emarged My current ThinkPad has a Verizon modem and SIM slot, but they no longer sell the service plan for it. I just use the 100GB of hotspot included in my phone plan.

    @Verizon I left AT&T because they had so many billing errors. I was assured by my Verizon salesman Ricky that ALL promotions he offered would be honored. Yet here we are! My promised bill amount $207 per month is now $261! Even after a review and input from Ricky.. bill is wrong!
