@RepAdamSchiff And they are, by following the laws set out in their states which govern absentee balloting. USPS advisory only laid out the ways in which state deadlines were incompatible with USPS service standards to receive and return applications and ballots on time... nice conspiracy again

@WatchTheBreaks I sent mine into PSA earlier this month on the “express” service. They still haven’t even accepted it for processing. It arrived on the 8th or 9th with USPS priority mail. Still nothing.

@SenBooker This is disingenuous at best, and you know it. The USPS warned states that their deadlines for ballot applications (4 days before Election Day in some cases) were incompatible with USPS service guidelines which are 2-5 days each way. Apologize, clarify, and resign

@NewJerseyOAG @USPS The statement from the USPS said the issues with ballot delivery was that state deadlines were out of line with USPS guidance for mail delivery, which is 2-5 days for First Class (“normal”) mail. So, ya know... this is on you idiots in Trenton. But nice conspiracy you’ve got here

@nypost What an absolute mess of an organization. I know many very good usps workers; it’s not the productivity of the worker. The issue is an organization that didn’t adjust to this thing we call the Internet. If it had been allowed to go private, the resulting firm would have made competitive business adjustments or gone out of business (there are other delivery services and don’t think for a second that some other firm wouldn’t have stepped in to take over the standard delivery service). But instead it’s an example of government mush. Everything the government runs turns to mush, necessarily. When will Congress act to privatize USPS?

@amazon USPS has had my package 5 miles from its delivery point since last Wednesday (127 hours now). I could have literally crawled there and back faster. @angelodotsui Looks like a possible roller issue, if they used USPS. Most mail goes through the machine, and top loaders have a tendancy to get stuck in the rollers.

@FashionNovaHelp @FashionNova this is unacceptable. Several of my orders show as delivered by USPS to a third-party agent, but the packages are missing and the courier cannot locate them. I need answers, proof of delivery, or a refund. This is not okay.

@BiatchDulce USPS has been shite for my lifetime. I'm not young. I remember when it was restructured in the 1990s for "efficiency"... more like deficiency. Service is crappier and costs 5x more. Sounds like it's been a major loser for quite some time. USPS has never been profitable. Ever.
