It's sad to see that @USAA denied a claim I had submitted on my mother's behalf because it had been going on for over 14 days. My mother was DYING you bastards. She was a member for over 40 years and this is how you treated her? I'm flabbergasted...

I find it interesting as soon as @USAA hired an Indian CEO and began hiring Indian HB-1s instead of veterans and their spouses, I began having a metric **** ton of Indian scammers pretending to be from USAA.

@USAA Newrez is a disaster. Called USAA for help and guy on phone said “why are you calling us?” I called you because I trusted you and why I got my mortgage through you. Absolutely a disaster. I don’t trust USAA any more and I recommend never using their service.

@bitchuneedsoap @USAA this is a bad look for you. I will be closing all of my accounts shortly. Laying off Americans to hire imports is BS. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

@MikeyDiMercurio @USAA Don’t get me started on USAA, they stiffed me $10K after Hurricane Ivan in 2003. Then couple of years ago they stiffed me again $1300 on a car repair. I would bail except for the subscribers’ account, been with them since 1975 used to be good.

@MikeyDiMercurio @USAA State Farm for homeowners and auto. ~$2000/year cheaper for better coverage.

@MikeyDiMercurio @USAA +1 for Erie and NFCU for banking. I’ve moved everything away from @USAA b/c of their ****** customer service.

Turns out @USAA is a garbage company that doesn't care about your security.

@johnmccumber @HeavilyRecruitd @USAA I already have some accounts at Navy Fed (I know, they are headed the same way, but not as bad yet), so I will go there for banking as an interim solution. I am reaching out to local Texas Farm Bureau for insurance.

So disappointed with @GEICO. Since December, they claim there is a mystery “glitch” that prevents them from accessing my account. Couldn’t assure me they wouldn’t keep billing me after canceling. After 30 years, this is how they operate. So I went with @USAA instead.

@MikeyDiMercurio @USAA I looked at USAA for auto - was 2x the price of my GEICO policy so we never moved.
