@CFPBoard My @USAA online access has been locked for 11 days (locked on 22March2026). I submitted my valid ID on 23March2026 & 27March2026. My ID was verified & "passed". Three escalations have been put in. I had to submit it again today, 02April2026. My account is still locked.

@USAA has been a disappointing experience for a homeowners claim. 17 years without a claim. Now that we need them we get crickets! They are no longer the insurance companies for service men and woman, and our great veterans. Y'all ought to be a ashamed of yourselves.

@JustinWolfers Your view does not reflect reality. @USAA, an insurance company founded by US veterans, displaced many US veterans workers with 500+ H-1Bs. Thousands of companies doing the same. Try again.

I was told @USAA is a great Insurance company, but after dealing with them with my fire situation, they really suck !!! I had to do all of the work an adjuster does and now they want me to get info for my neighbors losses that he caused !! Make me whole or i will see u in court

@USAA Why are you mistreating Veterans? My Combat Veteran husband has been with you loyal for over 20 years! We have our checking and saving and auto policies with you. He had an accident 3 months ago and you have not sent the check to the repair shop yet.
