He reported it immediately and after 24 hours usaa came back and said “after a thorough investigation” the charges are not fraudulent. How can this possibly be when he wasn’t even in the same location

TY @MercuryIns for canceling me w a 2 wk notice, I never received. I wouldn’t have shopped around for a better quote otherwise. Blessing in disguise.

I submitted my ID immediately but when I called your number, the only team that could assist me was outside (1/3)

I just got off the phone with an agent there that basically told me I have the wotst coverage in the world. USAA has been going downhill for yrs We started out as a band of officers and now we’re just a State Farm.
