In your case, the age of your oldest revolving and/or open-ended account and/or the average age of your revolving and/or open-ended accounts is relatively low." FWIW: I'm 73 and have had open-ended and revolving credit accounts since I was 22, many during my 30-years of Naval service. I'm hopeful that by the time I'm 124-years-old, USAA will recognize this, because right now they have their boot on the throat of my Credit Score.

TXRando (@TX_Rando) reported@ShamashAran @USAA I had to call @USAA yesterday on a customer service issue. It took 10 minutes to get past the terrible AI system and finally talk to a human being. Once with a human being, it took another 20 minutes for her to understand my question and get me an answer. USAA has fallen so far, it’s sad.
