    It’s interesting that @FedEx has been able to deliver packages to my house the last two days while @UPS has bypassed my street due to weather conditions. Both were in reg. Size delivery trucks. UPS went down both streets next to mine, but skipped mine. #ups #fedex

    @UPSHelp I sent a message, but it’s useless. Your just going to tell me it’s a weather delay and you’ll attempt tomorrow...meanwhile @FedEx has been able to deliver both days you were delayed.

    @UPSHelp I have a package being delivered to my old address tomorrow instead of my new one :( it’s my wedding invitations and I’m really stressed about it! I called the customer service line but it’s closed today and I’m panicking!

    The good and the bad of the day: Good - @UPS driver had plenty of room and was driving slow, but slowed down more to give me and my dog room while walking. Bad - #coffee #barista gave minimal customer service and *no* thanks when I tipped anyway. These things matter

    @UPS I see why Amazon dropped you. @Wayfair should too. Tracking for packed stops with On Truck for delivery 12-16 in on call support told me Today, Monday, Saturday. Wow! #FedEx #lostpackage

    Omg. I know first world problems but we’ve been waiting for our new iPhones that were supposed to deliver today and at 6:15pm we got an update that @VZWSupport didn’t use our complete address so @UPS won’t deliver and the UPS app won’t let me update it. I want my phone!

    @SenatorCantwell There should be legislation related to shipper tracking records being altered to hid service errors and or service delays. I noted that @UPS will remove tracking items like "Loaded on Truck for Delivery" when they fail to make the delivery that day.

    @UPSHelp @BobFergusonAG So in August I call them. They cancel the service I never ordered. Then help me remove charges tell me $60 in fake fees is gone. Now I have to call again Wearing the customer down part of the billing scam #auditUPS

    @UPS your call in number to track a package is dumb doesn't work I would like to talk to a person about some failed delivery attempts but the computer keep saying sorry didnt quite get that when i say the tracking number just want them to hold my package at distribution center

    @UPS have had the absolute worst experience w you these past 3 days - rearranging my life only to get inaccurate info, egregiously inaccurate delivery windows + after having my issue escalated, the supervisor who called me for local driver support hung up on me. Unacceptable.

    Now I’m beefing with @UPS because I do my final presentation for my degree and my package is delayed. Mind you, it’s on the truck that was out for delivery this morning. 😭😭 I’ll meet the driver @8 am. JUST TELL ME WHERE😩😩

    So .@amazon today proved to me that they have retarded computers. I have been having some delivery issues. If something misses the first day, meh.. that means they should get it to me the next day right? Nope. Did you know that the delivery instructions that you put into their web page have absolutely ZERO bearing on when you'll get your packages. I have mine delivered to my business so that I don't have to deal with porch pirates, or letting someone I don't know, don't trust into my garage ect. But when you fill out that your business is open from 8:00am to 4:30p for deliveries (because outside of those hours I'm working from home, running to meetings etc).. But those times per their delivery customer service person that I spoke with this evening aren't considered because their drivers are effectively gig drivers who can work when they want. His option was to have my packages delivered to my home address which just isn't an option. Way too much theft going on. The authorities won't do anything, and I've been told by them basically if there isn't blood on the street they don't care. It will make my life more complicated but I'm done with them. No reason to continue Prime, I'll just order my 3D printing filaments directly from the manufacturers. Yes it will take longer but at least I know that @FedEx and @UPS can get **** there on time and meet their quoted delivery dates once they get the package. Unless of course something drastic happens like a blizzard etc.. but again those are "understandable" circumstances.

    @UPS It's the SMS you send in The Netherlands from +3197058018926 where you need to reply with '1' or '2' to set your preference (pick up point vs home delivery).

    Hey @UPS how can you sit on a shipment, do not send a single call or email, and send a package for abandonment? This is horrific customer service.
