    @UPS, your customer service is horrid. Not being able to contact the specific distribution center that can’t seem to find my address is not helpful. And I can’t change the delivery option until there’s a delivery attempt. Which you say can’t happen because the address is wrong 🤬

    @UPS 2 days of sending confirmations an item from @Newegg was on the truck, saying it was out for delivery and specific windows. UPS no showed both days. I ended up missing an event this afternoon only to have you no show again, as I need this package. Ate $250 in ticket fees.

    @UPSHelp my package has been stuck in California for no apparent reason for the past 10 days. It shows that the delivery would be made tomorrow but I am sure that wouldn’t be possible. How can you help?

    @thedrunkpenguin @lil_bicuriash @UPS I’m having that issue. It ended with them dropping off at USPS on Saturday but it’s still not here.

    @UPS I have had my last 5 deliveries to my storage round tripped costing me thousands of dollars and my time wasted . All my information is correct in your system and was verified by one of your customer service managers. Your drivers are lazy and your communication sucks

    @UPSHelp Package was out for delivery today 11am-1pm in Los Angeles. I added a gate code and your system removed it from delivery. Now I'm being told 24 hours to reprocess. I took a day off work for this. Signature required, I'm home right now. I need someone at the local LA distribution center to get this back on the truck today. Phone support has been unable to help. Happy to DM tracking number.

    .@UPS "We need a signature for your delivery. We will be there between 2-6pm." Then show up at noon and delay your delivery again and have zero humans to answer their support line. Smh.

    @UPS I was provided the service that I requested incorrectly in almost every way. Now my entire childhood is in damaged boxes behind a counter in Boynton Beach, 1000 miles away, and I have to wait until Monday to speak to a proper manager. (5)

    Hey @UPS 1. Correct address was provided. 2. Someone was at residence every time you stated nobody at residence. 3. Someone was at residence every time you stated delivery was refused. Never refused, correct address, available. Now what?
