Travis Parker (@c137tparker) reported@UPS Whoever you have double-checking package weight and measurements needs to quit scamming / extorting people. If my measurements were a fraction an inch off, and should have been rounded up, fair enough. But when someone unidentifiable randomly decides my 7 lb, 15x12x11 inch package was actually 17 lbs and 24x16x13 inches... ...and there is ZERO way to object or have the problem investigated, and I just get a bill with a threat to either pay up or be turned in to collections...well, that's simply extortion.

organic dreams 🧠 (@oleeog) reported@UPS you have a bunch of drivers in San Francisco that don’t do the jobs you’ve assigned to them. They mark packages as ‘attempted delivery’. When in fact no one has shown up to deliver anything and this is over a span of multiple days.
