  This is the worst service I’ve had from @UPS. It would be nice to know that my $200 package won’t be here today when it said it would, and not to mention the truck was in my neighborhood twice today. Now I have to wait until Monday.

  @UPSHelp I am done using UPS as my shipping provider. After the terrible service I’ve had today I am done with using UPS. I HAD A $200 package SCHEDULED to be delivered today. And not to mention your tracker showed the driver in my area TWICE!!!

  The fact that @UPSHelp won’t respond shows that they won’t help at all. And plus my previous tweet got deleted because I was complaining about @UPS terrible service today

  @Alison7613 @UPS I have no idea, but you can see in the tracker that the natural disaster delay was marked *after* it arrived at the Tacoma distribution facility.

  Hot take: @UPS workers are intentionally ******* up @amazon order deliveries lately as a giant “**** you” (read: sore loser) to losing the contract to @FedEx. I’ve got orders still sitting in shipment limbo for days; and I’m not the only one to whom has shared this experience.

  @UPS I'm trying to change a delivery time since I won't be home. You managed to 📅 it at the exact time I won't be home. MyUPS is worthless. I click on change delivery, and all that happens is a window pops up with the delivery. Useless.

  @UPS a package that was out for delivery locally at 9 AM may not be delivered until 9 PM at night. What is wrong with you? We must never lose the US Postal Service the only service that is adequate .

  @UPS Please, where is my parcel? Yous have gone silent in the private message. I need my order today. It makes no sense that it was loaded onto the delivery truck since 8am yet it hasn’t been delivered. I have been unto customer service and yous are unhelpful.

  @UPS I live in Washington state. My package made it to Tacoma, but was then rerouted to Kentucky before delivery date or delivery attempt, and without notice. It was scheduled for delivery today, but UPS now shows delivery date of 6 days away. Why? What happened?

  @DJIGlobal you sent my package via @UPS and it failed to reach me now I have to go get it. nobody ever has had an issue finding my place or getting in the building and I have stuff delivered all the time... time to look at the drivers record dont you think
