  This is the worst service I’ve had from @UPS. It would be nice to know that my $200 package won’t be here today when it said it would, and not to mention the truck was in my neighborhood twice today. Now I have to wait until Monday.

  One more big disappointment with @UPS Another reason my business uses @FedEx Expecting package Tuesday. No knock/doorbell/delivery notice- I was there! Got email “We missed you”. Then they drop the package at a CVS 20 miles away!!! That’s 30 minutes with no traffic. #UPSsucks

  @UPSHelp I am done using UPS as my shipping provider. After the terrible service I’ve had today I am done with using UPS. I HAD A $200 package SCHEDULED to be delivered today. And not to mention your tracker showed the driver in my area TWICE!!!

  Hey @UPS, your tracking says delivery attempted and not delivered cuz I wasn’t home. Tell your drivers to stop lying. They didn’t even leave a delivery notice to say the pkg was attempted. I’m a UPS driver also, so stop with the “dinging packages” thing already. I was home!

  Strongly recommend against shipping with @UPS - mistakes happen but most companies try to fix them. Customer Service is impossible to call and when you finally go online and figure out a way to get a live person they say they can’t do anything.

  I will now opt for @USPS or @UPS every time. @FedEx has become completely unreliable. Has terrible customer service. And never does anything to try and make it right when these kinds of issues come up.

  6 days of shipping. My 450s have made it from Pennsylvania... to Nebraska. Which is only half way to me lmao. My delivery persons feet must be getting tired from walking all the way here. @adidas can y’all just ditch @FedEx and switch to @UPS so shipping isn’t an eternity

  @UPS I live in Washington state. My package made it to Tacoma, but was then rerouted to Kentucky before delivery date or delivery attempt, and without notice. It was scheduled for delivery today, but UPS now shows delivery date of 6 days away. Why? What happened?
