    @UPS needs an option in My Choice to upgrade the service level since some shippers are too lazy to build that into their checkout process.

    @stockx somebody needs to address my issue. 10 days lost in transit delivered to StockX with a damaged box and a damaged item inside the box and yet as the seller my order gets canceled and I’m out the money now with a non-sellable product because @UPS

    @UPS Well, I don't know what kind of GPS system @UPS uses for deliveries now, but all of a sudden my address doesn't exist, and the REFUSE to drive 2 blocks and open their damn eyes! My house is right here, at tje address isn't listed!

    @UPS y’all service sucks! You have drivers who don’t make deliveries and then mark deliveries that require a signature as attempted without even trying to attempt the delivery. Straight up lying. It’s lazy,I literally watched a driver skip my house and put delivery attempted. POS

    @dell @UPS is notorious for losing packages to their thieving employees. Pretend delivery attempts that never happen is part of the racket. @dell is responsible for choosing such shippers.

    @UPS and @mercari_app , I have been going around in circles trying to solve where my package is and I’m very upset with the lack of attention either one of your companies have given me the buyer in retrieving what is mine. Terrible service. To lose my package with no recovery.

    @UPS I'm trying to change a delivery time since I won't be home. You managed to 📅 it at the exact time I won't be home. MyUPS is worthless. I click on change delivery, and all that happens is a window pops up with the delivery. Useless.

    @TMobileHelp your customer support/billing sucks. You sent a phone that @UPS lost and now charging me for it and then getting bounced between both customer service with no response

    @UPS This is my second failed delivery attempt for a package containing temperature-sensitive medication. I was home, and the driver appears to be going to the wrong address. This is urgent. The medication is expensive and can be damaged due to delays. I need immediate action!
